Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Ability for Actions on Certificate of Insurance Exceptions

We have functionality, both in ClearSight and Riskonnect, that allow rules to be setup against certificate data that can fire exceptions if a certificate violates or falls outside the guidelines of those established rules. The request is to have functionality that can fire notifications and actions based off those exceptions to help further automate the processes around certificates.
