Ability to delete cancelled scheduled payments

Currently, the only way to remove scheduled payments is to update the schedule. If the individual payments are cancelled, they cannot be deleted, which may confuse some users

Add a Response Dial to the Express View

Presently on the Express view, there are health dials for Risks without Response and Risks to Review. It would be helpful to have an additional dial for Responses to Review, so users have a quick visual to alert then of upcoming Responses due.
