After a Plan or BIA has gone through an approval process, all owners, contributors and final approvers should receive an email indicating that the document in question is now fully approved.

Warning Prompt - Restarting Approval Workflow

Warning Prompt if final Approval has been obtained and approver approves again within 24 hours; restarting the approval workflow cycle. In addition - email links for approvals should expire after approval has been received.
