The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.

Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Ability to add Tags at Process Level

It would be great to be able to add tags at process level as this would allow us group processes to gether and report on them.

Include approver and approval date in the BIA printout

Currently they are not included and it is useful information to have in the printout.

The exercise document should inherit the IT System Dependencies from BIA, without having to add them in the Plan overview (like clearview did).

This will make it easier to have them in the document, without affecting the plans

BIA - Recovery Staffing Requirements - The column "Activities" should display the selected activities without needed to hover the mouse over the field

It would be easier to identify the activities for each team.

The BIA Printout should be updated to be more clear and well-structured.

The information currently is not displayed well structured, for instance, the line width is narrow for each field. It would be better if there was a line break for each field like in ClearView printout.

In the BIA Printout, hidden new custom fields should not be shown.

Currently, custom fields are shown in the printout even if they have been set as 'hidden'.

Add a Table of Contents to the BIA printout

It will allow for easier navigation.

Give an option to hide the 'Date Time' field in the Peaks & Deadlines menu

It should not be mandatory and it should not exist in some cases as for some peaks & deadlines it does not make sense to set a specific starting date.

Provide an option to hide the field 'Total' in Recovery Staffing Requirements (Both in BIAs and Plans)

This will prevent confusion for organizations that add their recovery staffing requirements as a sum of the previous time frames.

Quick Link to BIA Data from BC Plan

It would be great to be able to quickly access the BIA data from the BC Plan (replicating the access to the BC Plan from the BIA in the Overview section)
