Display calculated RTOs in Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) instead of requested.

Currently the Activity Section of BCPs can only display requested RTOs and not calculated RTOs, this creates an extra step for organisations that wish plans to display calculated RTOs.

Option to have the calculated RTO populate to the maximum threshold if the threshold is not hit.

When an RTO does not hit the threshold, a RTO is not calculated. It would be helpful to have it so that if the threshold is not hit, the calculated RTO will automatically calculate at the maximum threshold for RTO? (40 hours in our case)
